Third Class Medical Question

I'm due for my medical this month, and I'm planning on trying to get in sometime this week.

I had a pyogenic granuloma removed in January. It was benign and didn't require any treatment other than a local for the procedure and a couple stitches.

At the time the Dr. said it might grow back (he couldn't get the entire root) and unfortunately it has.

Aside from being ugly, it hasn't been an issue, and I haven't had time to get an appointment with an Urologist to have it removed.

My question is, I know I will need to report this on my medical, but is it going to cause me any issues?

Thanks!

The doctor who said it might grow back.......why not ask him? Or is that too logical?

More logical would be for the OP to pose that question to the AME doing his FAA physical prior to the actual exam. Call the office, explain the situation, and find out what information the AME needs prior to showing up for the exam.
