The proper way to OSH

I figured Cirrus pilots just fly over OSH at 10K or so and just pull the chute. Then you just drift down to land on the spot and taxi to parking. No??

Cirrus mass arrival at Oshkosh. Drives the controllers to fits, because most of them never get anywhere near their assigned color dot.

I've heard the most experienced Cirrus red handle pulling pilots can hit their camping spot dead on, and then use the parachute to keep the rain (apparently it always rains at Oshkosh) from streaking the plastic.
