It was actually a decent story...not placing blame, just suggesting how to get compensation if you're massivly delayed or flights are canceled (don't yell at the flight crew, we don't know ANYTHING about your connections or baggage...we probably don't even know where we're going). Basically just said, write nice letters and emails to customer service, don't threaten them, and suggest what (reasonable) compensation you want.
