Its a Bose head set that goes in your ear. plus the hearing enhancement all in one.

They require you to have an audio gram then design the aid to your spec. then they take an impression of your ear canal and fit the aid to you.

depending upon your requirements the price varies between $200-$2500 depending which model you want.
