I'm glad she's leaving. We need justices who base their rulings on the Constitution, not internation law or opinion, as she says she's done. A justice who wants our nation's laws to look like other nations needs to leave the bench and run for office. It's the job of the legislature to write laws, not judges.

Another problem is how to decide how a life-tenured judge will rule over the course of that tenure.
