I have been working toward an IFR rating for the last year, and so far the bulk of what I have learned is that my training environment is suboptimal.

I would like to pursue IFR, Commercial and Commercial Multi ratings. I am looking for a good training environment with multiple similar planes to train in (and rent solo), somewhere in the southwest where I can live in my RV (ideally) within walking distance of the airport.

I want to fly 3-5 times a week, but unfortunately I cannot take time off of work. I need a training environment that can be flexible around my work schedule, but I work remotely so I am not tied to location.

Most importantly, I am looking for quality instructors. I understand that in this environment, many instructors are going to the airlines as soon as able, so I would like an environment that has a reputation for developing instructors rather than giving them an insurance checkout and putting them on a list.
