Stud without nut & bolt without safety wire

On the rear pilot side of TCM IO-470. What are these and are they missing a nut and safety wire?

Actually, I feel bad for my A&Ps as I ask them stupid questions all the time. Just trying to avoid another stupid question. I don’t mind being stupid online somewhat anonymously, lol.

Older generator mounting brackets. Newer engines have the alternator or generator mounted to a modified left rear engine mount leg.

When they geld I think they leave the stud and just remove the nuts.
