Spark plug socket

What brand socket will work for aircraft spark plugs? My regular deep socket is not long enough.

the regular impact scocket works, but it works better when the scocket is turned down on the outside. get a cheap one from any tool discount house.

Try a Craftsman 3/8 drive 6 point deep socket. Should not have a shoulder inside.

1/2 in works just think it's easier, at least on my Arrow, using a 3/8's long handle swivel head ratchet with the 3/8 deep socket. Don't even need a extension. Plus I have a 3/8 drive torque wrench, works good last long time. Actually use what ever will work for you and your cowling. Have used the T handle wrench out of Glacer Girl's fly away tool kit and it worked just fine.

You just have to take a plug to the tool store and hunt around for one that is not built up so much that the plug won't engage. Mine is 1/2" drive. Painted yellow so I can spot it easier!
