They aren't as sue-happy as we are, either.

They do have some strange criminal laws like you can't hurt a guy breaking into your house unless your life is immediately threatened, or YOU go to jail.

I believe that they also have a rule that if you lose the suit you have to pay all legal costs for the defendant.
