If you didn't get one of the homemade Keilbasa's (Polish sausage) you missed it. (The homemade were the ones that were segments sliced from the big links. The other ones they recommended for grilling, were smaller full links. They thought it wasn't good to let the "juices" run out of the casings.)
I've been working through some of the leftovers and I've become addicted. They have such a great smoked taste...... I'm off to buy some more.
