I'm assuming you are talking about the Cirrus that lost control on your runway.

I'm not sure I could pull Kent's leg off. He is a pretty big guy and could smash me.
 
Man Ed, you had me worried there for a couple of minutes.

So, was the Cirrus that crashed, the same one that was taxiing last Saturday?

Dunno, but it was a WMU Cirrus. Laid down a stripe of rubber over 1500' long before it ended at the grass.

So what happened? Landed long and very fast, and could not get it stopped in 1500 feet? Seems like you could touch and go rather than skid off the end of the runway. Or did they have some mechanical problems?

Came in hot, shallow, and hard. Blew a tire on touchdown.
