S. Rez the flight school owner should keep quiet, he's making it worse. Right off the top I have to consider what are his employment requirements for CFI.

He is hoping that by raising the issue now that he is steering the lawyers to sue the FAA or the independent CFI. A bad strategy if you ask me.
