Seeking pistons..

Hey guys-

A friend was over at the shop the other day and noticed my stack of jugs next to a bench and asked questions about them.

Told him they were going to be turned into lamps, eventually. So we got to talking and he wants something done with old pistons, so I thought I'd see if anyone around these parts may have some old junk pistons collecting dust. Don't need the connecting rod, just the piston.

I've got an ashtray that's made out of sawing a lycoming piston (fairly large one too) through where the c-rod pin was. Makes a good gift for the aviation-minded cigar smoker.

Yeh, I've got an ashtray we used from a piston out of an old 4 wheeler.
