I have a client that is looking to get started in an SR22 and work his way up to a Cirrus Jet or Pilatus. He has zero time and needs a full time commitment which may include a full time opportunity of employment as co-pilot and Jet manager.

How many hours TT is this guy thinking before he's piloting a turbine?

Does he expect to be the sole pilot for the aircraft?

You said copilot? So he would be PIC? and the high time pilot would be copilot, subject to punishment for any violation/accidents this super low time PIC might make?

Pay?
 
He's mindful of the challenge. The CFI high time would be PIC.
Pay for the primary and IFR ticket would be $150/hr.

Salary for the management is negotiated but most likely $125k+
Owns a large business. So need the right personality to work with.

Well I'm a CSIP and currently employed as 777 pilot but I'm in KFLL area. Where is your guy ?

FL does have islands, a few I know of just east of Panama City. St George Island and Dog Island both w/ an airports. And Cedar Key!
