Save me a Youtube Video

I've found a video I'd like to save (or have saved for me). Is there a convenient way to do this? It's one this page which points to this on Youtube.

You should be able to download it with Firefox and something like this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006

Of course..the legality of doing so..is questionable.
