A camera recorded an image every 10 seconds for a year. 360 days are shown here, one frame per day, sunrise to sunset, compressed into 5 minutes.

APOD is a regular source of interesting images, and has been for many years (at least 20, probably more).

That was 2010, so the camera location would have been just east of the Presidio, at the Palace of Fine Arts. Hence, all the persistent overcast. The current Exploratorium location is not nearly as foggy.
