Anyone have a generic aircraft purchase contract handy. Details will be revealed if the deal goes through.

I used AOPA's sample sales agreement for both aircraft purchases. I can't seem to find it anymore on AOPA's website. Maybe the removed it for liability reasons, but here's the link to search. I don't have mine handy or I'd sent it to you. Hope its a Tiger.

I thought I remembered seeing an actual boilerplate contract, but all they have now is the checklist. Kind of a pain to have to do one from scratch. I'll bet your right about the liability.

I found it. Its the same one I used. I did a serach on the AOPA web site and this came up. The used to attach it to the checklist, but not anymore for some reason. Good luck.
