Runway weight limits

I occasionally see weight limits published in the A/F Directory for runways, related to single or double wheels, and multiple axles.

If there ISN'T a limit published, is there a "standard" limit?

The question arose as to whether a 767 could land at KVNY. The 8000 ft runway is probably OK, but I wondered if there might be a weight issue.
 
AFAIK, if the ACN/PCN isn't published and there is a question about using the field, a call to the airfield manager is in order. According to the airfield diagram, the max weight for a Dual Tandem A/C is 210k. I gon't think a 767 is that light at landing. Possible, but I don't think so.
