...are greatly exaggerated.
I've been pretty busy the past couple of weeks, more with family matters and avocational activities than with anything qualifying as "work." Unfortunately, flying (at least as a pilot) was not among them.
I also had to fill in for a friend of mine out-of-state while he tended to family matters of his own. I supervised some of his proteges who were doing a summer field internship in ministry to the homeless.
Things are starting to lighten up a bit, however, and should be back to normal in a few days; and almost certainly by Labor Day.
