This NOTAM caught my eye today:

PROCEDURE NA.
The word around the airport is that this is due to the frequent GPS outages around and between KVLL and KPTK. I have experienced these outages so many times I've lost count, and am not totally confident that it's safe to fly any of the RNAV (GPS) approaches in this area. Can anyone confirm that this is, in fact, the reason this approach is now NA? And does anyone have any more information about this?
