No problem flyin up to Rockford, then Oshkosh today :dunno: At FL190 we were on top of most of the stuff. Got into some trace rime ice in cloud tops a couple times, but nothin Mr. Baron couldn't readily handle.

The big worry was icing and it just wasn't significant on our route. Got a great push for awhile and showed ground speeds of up to 280 at times when we were truing 220.

Great trip up; now, we'll start worryin 'bout the trip home Sunday. Sure looks C O L D!!

Best,

Dave

well if its too cold for you tomorrow dave, just divert over to Ames. Leah and I will join you for a nice warm dinner and then send you on your way to Texas :)

Sunday... Mostly sunny. Blustery. Very cold. Highs 3 to 7 above. Lowest wind chill readings 20 below to 30 below zero in the morning. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph. Gusts up to 40 mph until late afternoon decreasing to 30 mph late in the afternoon.

You were looking at temps in the teens, now that would seem warmer. I hope ya packed a few layers of clothes.
