It was a breezy one, as is common in the spring here. Flatlands got 40kts, peaks over 50kts, everyone was very edgy about the smoke from Mexico in the air as it is 'fire season' here.
I got out before the dust storm started.

Yep, seems like a typical spring. I grew up near Roswell, NM and remember those winds over 60 mph taking down pivot sprinklers and knocking semi trailers over. Rough area and I have heard West Texas is extra dry right now.
 
Did the NWS just say, "looky looky we dun took a pitcher wit our new sateelite"?
