Raffling a flight for charity

The company I work for participates in the annual Autism fund raising. We have donation drives, competitions between departments, etc. Someone suggested I raffle off a ride in my airplane. This has been asked every year and I have not pursued this. I am a basic non-commercial VFR only pilot. Therefore I don’t know if this borders on being a paid pilot even though I would take no compensation for anything related to the flight. Anyone have insight into this being allowed?
 
Thanks for the link, it was extremely helpful! Lots of paperwork but within the realm of doable. Will consider it for next year.
