It flies again! The stripe colors don't match, maybe the owner might buy it.
We flew to Aspen on Monday in our malibu loaded with a loaner prop, nose cowls, lots of tools and our best mechanic. The owner flew it back to HUT on Tuesday where we will complete the install and an annual. I didn't catch our pilot before we had our Malibu filled with $7.10 gal avgas. Im glad I didn't have to buy the $9.00 gal Jet A.
The approach into Aspen is fun, I don't want to try it with no prop and an oil covered windshield.
