I am needing to print about 2 years worth of email from a web email service and was wondering what the best way would be to go about this.

I was wondering if maybe there way a way to download them all at once and take them to Kinkos and have them mass print them off?

Thanks

your best bet is to contact the email service and ask them about bulk download, then you can burn to a CD/DVD/USB drive.

Why do you need these printed? Wouldn't local storage be sufficient like Murphey said?

What web email provider?

This isn't so much for storing them. They need to be in print for something in the near future. They are currently on yahoo but could be forwarded to gmail or hotmail if they are easier to do this on.

Use MS Outlook by chance?

Set up Outlook to access the HTTP mailbox on Yahoo.

Once the local PC (and Outlook see them), you can do a CTRL-A to select all the messages in that mailbox. Drag/drop them into a new email to send them to yourself (on a different POP3 mailbox that Outlook sees) as attachments.

Then when you open the mail, you should be able to use the correct print options to print the "wrapper" message and all of the attachments at once.
