Is there any way I can get cleared if I fly on an instrument flight plan? Looking to fly to Cleveland Thursday mid-day and just got an AOPA alert. That time was my weather window too. I noticed one circle is a “No Fly”.

Outer circle, yes. Inner circle, no.

Little planes that might scratch the paint on the “beast” are not allowed in. Commercial airliners that can destroy city blocks are “good-to-go”.

Depending on where you’re going in the city you could still get into LNN or LPR and be about a half hour outside of downtown to the east or west.
