Seems like an interesting concept. Put one in the woods next to a lake, with the solar panel option, and I'll rent it in a heart beat.

Nicer than most apartments Ive looked at. Maybe I glossed over it but whats the rent like? I like your idea of plopping it out on a lake somewhere with a solar panel, great little getaway house.

Rent is enough euros to be about $800/month. Looks interesting.

Nothing new. Used to be a factory down the street from me that made pre-fab housing out of war surplus steel. The things were basically porcelain-covered steel, many are still standing (Lustron houses).
