PNP mission Minnesota

I tried calling a few local guys, but they were too busy to answer my call..... lol

So I'll ask my question here.

My wife is going to buy (adopt is probably not a correct word to describe this deal) a chorkie in Minnesota. We'll have to ship the puppie here to Ft Worth, no big deal. But it got me thinking about Pilots and Paws, does this mission fit the criteria for a PNP flight, or are they only for rescued and shelter type K9's.
