Plane down at KPOU

No details. From a distance it's either gear up or ground loop, but I can't get any closer.

I got a call from my son, who saw the plane on the runway.
When I called my buddy in the tower he told me "We are not at liberty to divulge...".
Something weird is going on. Sounds like they are trying to protect someone.
