Piper Prebuy Bowling Green KBWG?

I have a friend looking for a prebuy inspection of a Warrior next week. Can anyone recommend a good guy at/near KBWG for this? The airplane "seems" to be very clean and nice, but the engine rebuild was done quite a while ago and the airplane has not flown much since, so we are especially interested in someone with good engine expertise and/or a good crystal ball.

I would suggest you annual it in that case and send the oil out for analysis. Might save some grief in a few months.
