As he approached the road, a semi crossed in front of the airplane. The airplane appeared to impact the side of the truck with its landing gear. The airplane flipped over the truck and impacted the ground upside-down.'

Or my airport, 79C:

During final approach the pilot slowed the airplane to avoid a red dump truck coming down the road. Following the first dump truck was a second grey and red dump truck. The left main gear tire of the airplane contacted the second dump truck.

Airplane destroyed, pilot OK. Displaced threshold markings came afterwards.

Is it possible it's old style film rather than digital? The picture was developed with an overlapping frame?
