Photo Thead: Show Us Your Plane!

Great shot of the Pitts with the snow-covered mountains in the background. :)

LOL if you saw how I struggle to get into a C152 at the flight school....:D

I know all about that from personal experience, that’s why I have the 182 also. My wife was suppose to be using the 150 for her PPL but she slowed down after solo’ing 4 months ago. I told her I’m going to sell if she isn’t using it.

None are mine, they belong to the club I've been a member of for about 18 years, but...

The first is 75898, before the new paint job a few years ago. I soloed and passed both my PP and IR rides in this plane. It's currently equipped with a GNS430W and other stuff to make it ADS-B compliant.

Our other 172... /A all the way. A C-172P. ADS-B in the future.

And, our 182P... Now equipped with a 650 and other stuff to make it ADS-B compliant.

In the past we've had a C-150 (4.1 hours in that, I don't miss it at all), an older C-172H and a PA-28R-200 (I've got over 70 hours in that, don't miss it, knees died after 3 hours). All well maintained. 50 members in the club and in all the years I've been a member I've been unable to get "something" to fly exactly once. Can't complain about that at all.
