Nah, must have been the wing breaking off on touchdown :D

Geez!! better to break off on the ground rather than the alternative.
 
Wow....fire.... my third greatest fear behind the smell of gas, the smell of smoke...
 
Elevation 11,000', runway 9200'. Depending on weight, temp, & winds may of been a bit tight. No I wasn't there, just some thoughts.
