We got there a bit late last year so I can't give you an accurate time. I'd assume mostly before 1000am.
I'm looking for it without much luck, but there was a "NOTAM" explaining the airport ops, schedule, and runway "open" times with an FAA controller guiding things along.
It's no Oshkosh or Sun 'N Fun, but I enjoyed the event enough to go again. The Jenny is pretty cool to see fly... at 30mph.

I want to go, however, fly in season coincides with baseball season. I pretty sure the young un will be practicing that day.

Very tempting, but the Waco is probably going to be going through its annual then. Gotta get it done before I take it to the Waco reunion later in the month.

It is a great event that Ron puts on down there. You should get there fairly early. Folks tend to start pulling out before the official ending time. A couple of times that we've gone down later in the day we missed a lot of the vintage cars because they were already packing up and leaving.
