Panel decals

I am on the hunt to find how individuals are decaling and placarding there panels. Is there any customizing? I thought it would be really neat to source/procure a plastic decal machine. After seeing new panels coming out looking brand new and seeing generic label maker placards kills me. Anyone see or mind sharing some neat things there doing?
