Recently I bought a Radio Shack Pandigital Ereader and have finally figured out how to visit my favorite news sites and send and receive e-mail.

However, if I get an email with an attachment that has a video with it I am unable to play the attachment. I can't watch videos on u-tube.

Is there and app I can download that will automatically open and play my video files for me. My HTC Aria smart phone does this without asking.

2nd question, Can I send and receive text messages to a phone with my e-reader? If so, what program and how?

Also, would I be better off to cut my losses ans sell my e-reader and go to an Ipad?

Actually, I found out that it has (or had???) quite a following. Many geeks are into rooting the device and doing all sorts of things, including running Droid on it.

I own one. I should have returned it when I purchased it; I didn't like the touch interface.
