Does anyone know about the logistics of PAL as far as what you can use for a public airport?

Can a public airport use one of the units that you buy at Wag-Aero for $500.00?

How about a place that would repair a board from an old unit or a place I could buy a used unit.

The only meaning I know for "PAL" is "Permissive Action Link." You playing with nuclear weapons?

Well, I thought he was talking about the Phase Alternating Line video format in use in Europe and elsewhere, as contrasted to the US's NTSC format.

I think he may mean PCL as in Pilot controlled lighting.

It is also refered to as Pilot Activated Lighting. This is what I found came up the most when searching over PCL.

Huh, I'd never heard that term before. I wasn't trying to be funny! But I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you.

When I was in college, "PAL" was an acronym, used to refer to... ummm... a bodily function.

And that's all I have to say about that.
