Those of you who remember my post a while back about "paint shop problems" will be happy to know that with my help the paint shop and my friend worked out all of thier problems. The paint shop essentially agreed that they did a sub standard job and we negotiaged a correction of the defecive work. ( I made them put it in writing this time). Alls well that ends well. Friend is happy, paint shop fixed work, no litigation just discussion, negotiation and a much better looking plane. paint shop agreed with 95% of our issues.
For all those that felt I played the nasty attorney card I hope this gives you second thought. See we don't all just sue sue sue.
