One of my favorite YouTube channels is NPTEL. The Universities in India have recorded thousands of professor lectures and put them online. The lectures are in English, but you do have to have a good listening ear or affinity for understanding accented speech--anybody who is in I.T. shouldn't have a problem with this skill. ;-)
Anyway, I just noticed that they're putting their Aerospace programs online now. Here's the courses on Flight Dynamics. If you want to get some university-level understanding of Aerospace Engineering, it's a good channel to watch--and free.
