One way to sell airplanes

are we supposed to think that adding 125 shp won't increase performance?

one of the glider club guys here was a flight test engineer on the certification flights for the caravan on floats. he actually had the FAA delay flight testing 2 weeks so he could finish his float plane add on. He said that the caravan had pretty much the same thrust/weight ratio as the 172 on floats that he had trained on.
