One Down in the ATL Area

If that happened early this morning, I'm guessing it may be weather related. We had some crazy storms pop up this morning.

WX still not that great ATL area. Vans RV4 - OSH bound? Maybe some get-there-itis?

A shame - RIP...

I didn't mention RV4, don't trust the media that much

Seems plausible, they couldn't make up RV4, maybe Cessna Cub, or Lear Citation, but not RV4. The weather has been MVFR at best this morning west of ATL, Rome is NW, but I doubt it's much better there. Sad. :(

Dang. I feel like there has been a whole mess of crashes this week. Sad.:(

Hi,

Unfortunately this is our Flying Buddy based at our air park.

Leaves behind a loving wife, grown up kids and a few grand children.

Condolences.

RIP - fly high.

Sad, very sad.

Regards
John
