good flying weather weekend, and easy to read forecasts!
Sure.... for you!

Today, I was to go up for a couple flights to prepare for Tuesday. Ceilings were low along with precip and freezing temps. But, tomorrow and Monday look great!

Then, on Tuesday, the day of my checkride... it's gonna suck. I'm waiting for the DPE to call me back for a reschedule. This really bites! :(

I'm beginning to think I should have gone after the CFII for the first shot.

This is what I'm talking about! Finally its warmer than 10 degrees, the sun is out, and there's blue sky. My phone has been ringing constantly today with students wanting to get out. Its a nice break from the cold icy winter we've been having.

Not yet here in Waukesha:

I got the ground portion of my BFR done today, but the flying will have to wait until tomorrow, which looks good:

Flew out of ALO a couple times this weekend...it was nice. Not as cold as during last week but still cold enough. I never thought I would be hoping for plus 20 degree temps!!

Sunday and now today, are absolutely beautiful. Pure CAVU. But, I have no CFI available since these are his days off. Even if I did, tomorrow is gonna suck pretty bad from the forecast. At the moment, it looks like Wednesday is good then Thursday and Friday turn south again followed by a nice weekend.

Maybe I should have gone after the II first? :)

The stars really aligned this weekend. Today is a different story:
