New Sub-forum suggestion: CFI-to-CFI

I wish to suggest PoA add a new sub forum that would become populated with topics related to becoming and being a CFI. This would be under the Pilot Training main forum.

Desire is to allow the really good CFI related topics and discussions to not get lost amongst the general Pilot Training threads and other areas of PoA.

Sub Forum open to all, of course.
