New Book by Rinker Buck. Called Shane Comes Home. Unlike "Flight of Passage" this is not an aviation theme book.

Rink is a friend and coworker. He really poured his soul into this book. Its the life story of the first causality in the Iraq War, Shane Childers.

Isn't this where the rubber meats the rode? He really stuck his boot into it, I suspect. For all in tents and porpoises, he put the petal to the medal and hollered "get'er done"! I think he pored over it for so long it reminded him of "Blood, Sweat and Tears" and he just broke into a good ol' rock song!

Honestly, apologies for being a smart alek - I really enjoyed Rinker's book "Flight of Passage" and look forward to reading this one.

It's OK. Browsing a wine shop, I just saw one called Goats Do Roam. Didn't buy it, though.
