I've just been promoted to vice president of my company (yay me! - wait, no raise... oh well).... and one of my areas is integrating old manual systems into the new (to them) computer world. Don't ask why it took so long, I've only been here 2 years... anyway.. One of the problem areas relates to sales reps.
