Ditto. Looks like a standard E6B... should work the same way. Does it have extra features that an E6B doesn't have?
EDIT: I just noticed this was Mike's first post here. Welcome to the board. If it works like an E6B, this manual might help you get started.

CPU is Air Transportable, Human Portable, Multi-Use device. This is from the old designations.
Nope, Air Transportable. Radar. and Undefined.
Your translation only applies to the first letter.
That list is for electronic devices, anyway.

Only since 1957. A lot of stuff was grandfathered in. Even then things such as cryptograph paddles are part of the AN systems and they are not electronic as are a few other things. I'll bet the ole E6B is grandfathered in. I used all three letters BTW not just the first. But it could also be that the first two, CP, apply as under the old system prior to Mil-Std-196 that would be for computer. It is very likely an old designation as it failed to be preceded by the AN/ which would show it in compliance with the newer system put in place in 1957.
