I get this error message when I try to Import a .avi clip:

I get this error message when I try to Import a .avi clip:

I've run into similar error messages in the past, but not with WMM. I'm using Premier Elements. But assuming this is AVI file is not corrupt or anything, I think the solution to this problem is just to download and install the needed codecs. The link below is a good site to download from and I think the k-lite pack would address the problem. Best of luck.
