Anyone know what this is, or how to get rid of it?
F.I.L. says he gets this weekly, it lasts for a minute and there is no way to kill it, just have to wait it out.
A popup on the bottom left says the computer "cannot handle the current program", he has not been able to screenshot it yet. He has been able to click on, and save the properties for it somehow - attached.
XP pro, IE or OE typically in use, sometimes Pinnacle and Adobephotodeluxe.
