NA Need to buy Ipaq OS

Well I thought it would be easy but I cannot find
Windows CE 3.0 in an online, downloadable format.
OS upgrade for the old but capable Ipaq 3950 which has PocketPC 2002 on it.

Couldn't find at:
ebay
googling
windows
hp/compaq

I did buy it years ago for maybe 10$ but have lost the file.

Torrent files can be anything. You download a program for downloading them and then search using various websites for what you want. Literally almost anything to do with a computer, audio, or video can be found.

I use utorrent to download my files, just google them and you can find it. Then, you can do another google search for "Ipaq OS torrent" or whatever you're looking for and it will bring up websites where you can download it. I would definitely recommend scanning whatever you download for viruses, but most of the time they're clean. Some torrent sites are more reputable than others.

The one catch though is that some of the stuff that can be downloaded is questionable legal since a lot of it is copywritten. But I think in your case with something so unfindable, no one is going to hassle you too much.
