There is a checkmark beside my wifi device and full bars. The wifi device works fine, all our other computers and ipads access the internet just fine.
Airplane mode is off.
In Safari, the blue progress bar stalls at ~5% on any web address.
There are no other web browsers 'windows' open and no other apps operating.
The owner can't tell me if it ever did connect.
Think I should do a hard reboot?
